Paul Bocuse In Person
Now for real fun! Along with business colleagues, one of whom is French and a distinguished Harvard chemist, I walk the same streets from my morning jaunt. We enter one of the most famous restaurants in all of France, l Auberge du Pont de Collenges. The distinctive cuisine is well, fabulous. Then unexpectedly the renowned Chef Paul Bocuse greets us at our table. The good wine continues to flow as Bocuse suggests a fine desert. Now this is a memorable race walkers treat.
